Sunday: still snowed in.

The snow is all filthy and heavy right now. I still haven’t left the house. But I’ve got some food photos for you.


Meatloaf with a side of potatoes and a fennel, apple & red onion salad.


A smoothie for dinner.

It’s really easy and delicious. One day, I will actually start coming up with names for my smoothies. Until then, a step-by-step photo guide will have to do.


For 2 smoothies you will need: 2 chopped bananas with a wee bit of honey.


A handful frozen blueberries.


A handful frozen raspberries. The lack of fresh produce in winter month is incredibly annoying.)


Some (preferably home-made) white yoghurt.
