1 and a half cup almond milk (this was my preference — you can use coconut, rice, soy — whatever floats your boat)
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup (again, depends on your preferences — the original recipe said 3 tbsps but I tasted it after 2 and it was definitely eonugh for me)
1 cup cherries (or any other seasonal fruit — I can’t wait to make it with raspberries)
Mix the almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder and maple syrup together in a bowl and put it in a fridge for at least 4 hours. I left it in there overnight. And that’s it.
